We were traveling in the area on a road trip when I lost partial vision in one eye. The clinic got me in quickly. Dr.McInnis was professional, explaining what the problem was and beginning treatment, to be continued when I return home. Kind and personable staff, from start to finish.

To start with the good. Reception is awesome and very accommodating. They got me in to be seen quickly which I really appreciate. I saw Colin McInnis today. He was super rushed, didn’t talk to me about the product he was going to be putting in my eye. I did not see him wash his hands or use sanitizer before touching my eye with his hands. He didn’t seem approachable either because usually I would have asked him to wash his hands before he touched my eye but his demeanor was so rushed and not personal. I walked away feeling unsettled and anxious.

Recently, I had my annual eye exam from Dr. Colin McInnis. I found him to be very professional, thorough in his examination, and explained his diagnosis in understandable terms! Also, I enjoyed his friendly demeanor!
