I’m so glad someone suggested I see Dr. Isik at this practice. After years of no eye problems, I walked into his office with some definite ones. Dr. Isik did a thorough eye-health exam. He figured out that I needed a subtle change in my contact lens prescription. And he prescribed a pair of glasses that allows me to see so clearly when I’m behind the wheel. It’s a big relief to know that I have a great eye doctor I can rely on. I also really appreciate that I never felt rushed while there. He was conscientious and all-in on solving my problem for me, and answered every question I had. Plus, other friendly staff members helped me choose good glass frames. Couldn’t ask for more.

Dishonest and poor service. I bought Mont blanc glasses and was given a generic glasses case. When I asked for the proper case, I was told they all come with this case, which is an absolute lie. After being lied to several more times., they agreed to get me the proper case. After a month they gave me a cheap glasses case they probably bought from Wish and was counterfeit and poor quality. I can understand mistakes or mixup happen, but I’m not OK with intentional lies. Update: after reading my reviews someone from College Hill reached out to me. They called the Mont Blanc vendor and sent me the appropriate case.
