Made the appointment by requesting an eye exam and specifically asking to be measured for frames that I was purchasing elsewhere. When the exam was finished I was told that they would not measure me for frames and was given no explanation. Really wasted my time. I could have gone elsewhere. Even though I filled out the forms for the insurance they would not file it. My company is on their list of approved coverages. They were nice till they get your money. After that it’s tough luck.
