Dr. Levine and his staff are A+!
I appreciate the thorough examinations and that results are explained in detail.
The staff and office environment always have a positive vibe which, is a HUGE plus for me.
Love love love that they always have a great selection of eyewear to choose from at reasonable prices.
Thank YOU team and keep up the good work!!

The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming as well as the doctor. He provided thorough explanations while having patience with any questions I had. The 3 stars is for the two experiences I had with an employee.
First experience:
When picking out my frames, the person who confirms the pairs you are getting and tells you the payment was not as friendly. I figured he may have been having a bad day which is why he wasn't in the mood to make conversation. It felt that he was getting slightly annoyed by my questions and concerns regarding payment. I also felt the need to apologize for taking so long picking a pair as any time I would try to make small conversation/ask for opinions I was met with a dry/uninterested response, again, maybe having a bad day?
I noticed his attitude was very different from the rest of the friendly attitude of the office.
Second experience:
I recommended my friend to this eye doctor, she had a great experience and I went with her to pick up her frames. She spoke to the same specialist to ask about a cosmetic concern, in hopes to somehow adjust it, his response was in 'a matter of fact' tone stating the point is that the glasses don't fall. She shook her head to test it, they didn't fall. He had no response or reaction. She didn't feel comfortable asking more questions.
I wanted to ask about my glasses. I had bought two pairs, one felt flimsy even after tightening, and one I may have put the focal point in the wrong place during my first visit.
First pair had to do with the metal springs making it "feel" flimsy to where I need to constantly adjust them. He told me I need to just put on the glasses a specific way and not push them up from the side (weird for a pair of $200 right?), I mentioned it was uncomfortable but I think I had to just deal with it - I don't think there was a way to return the glasses as the specialist didn't mention anything about returning or provided a different solution.
Second pair dealt with focal points. I mentioned that I wear my glasses a certain way and due to that it was obscuring my vision/not getting the most out of my prescription. First he laughed and said "No one wears glasses like that" - when I am actively saying that I wear my glasses like that. This is now when my mood changed.
He kept repeating the same answer, in different ways, as to why it would not be a good idea to change the lenses. I told him I understood. He told me to adjust the metal parts, and I did, and it still felt uncomfortable. I kept saying several times I understood and then I proceeded to tell him that it still doesn't feel comfortable. He responded with the same answer. It wasn't the most friendly conversation.
At the end of that back and forth, I had said that I'll just go home and figure it out myself, he then tried to convince me to stay so that he could help. I then decided to see if it can get adjusted but when I was asking for an expert opinion I kept getting, this time in a genuine/friendly tone, "whatever you want".
I didn't feel comfortable asking more questions.
I decided to go home. I wasn't having a good day anymore.

Great care. Dr. Levine found a problem with my eyes that I was able to address before it caused any damage. I trust him to take care of my eyes as they age.
Also FYI, the parking for Colony Square Eyecare is right in front of their door and is free for those going there. It's very convenient.
