Garbage. Terrible staff and their glasses are complete trash. Wouldn't refund me for my out of focus lenses. Complete trash. I'll cbe happy as hell when this place goes down.

I love, love, LOVE this clinic. The doctor and her staff are so great. My little girl and I came out of there with a smile.

I had the worst experience at "Complete Eye Care Center". The doctor was shockingly unprofessional and displayed a complete lack of empathy. Despite having an urgent eye care need on a Saturday, she callously refused to provide service just because I was pregnant and apparently couldn't comprehend my situation. Instead of offering any assistance, she rudely directed us to another closed facility, leaving us stranded with no help whatsoever. Absolutely disgraceful behavior from a supposed healthcare professional. Avoid at all costs.

Alfonso, the optometrist, is taking advantage of customers changing prices for glasses, despite the poor customer service. In March, I visited the optometrist and was informed that the cost to place my order for my glasses was $40. However, the optometrist lied to me, as the insurance company had changed the prices for all his styles. The optometrist’s styles were also outdated and unattractive. I felt that $40 was a fair price for the glasses. When I visited the optometrist today, I discovered that he had increased the price by $5. I had called ahead of time, but no one mentioned the price increase. I went to the optometrist to receive the news. I informed the optometrist that I wanted to pay the original price. He apologized and blamed the insurance company. However, my insurance covers my glasses, and the money would be going to the optometrist’s company.. This incident demonstrates the optometrist’s lack of integrity. He acted differently when I went in for the exam, but when people questioned him about the price increase, his integrity was compromised. It is disappointing to see such behavior from a long-time customer.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. The optometrist is nice and patient. It was my first time going there and I'll continue going there for eye exams.

I am extremely disappointed with this eye clinic and the doctor. Despite arriving on a Saturday with an urgent need for eye treatment due to keratitis, my pregnant wife was callously turned away. The doctor's excuse? Her pregnancy. Instead of providing the necessary care, we were essentially told to fend for ourselves and seek help elsewhere, even though it was evident that all other locations were closed. This lack of compassion and refusal to treat a pregnant woman who had an eye inflammation and keratitis is unacceptable. Avoid this clinic if you value competent and humane care.

I love coming to them, every time i have they get my prescription perfect and patiently wait for me to decided which is the clearer image(doible vision) definitely perfer them over anyone else.

I went here and I payed cash to have my glasses done over night and behind my back they charged my insurance card aswell so they can get paid double terrible service they just str8 stold from me and wen I spoke to the owner all she said he will do is give me a discount and she said nothing is free in this world but my money was when they charged me double
