I came to this establishment a few months ago. It seem as though the person I spoke with did not want to assist me, I gave the name of my insurance he immediately said they don’t accept it there and can refer me to another location.
I’ve never had that issue before everyone takes my insurance.
Wondering was it racial?

They are sooo nice omg. When we walked in we were welcomed and after I asked if they did glasses repair a nice woman with short hair greeted us and fixed my tiny repair for free :))! They told us to come back and we definitely are thanks so muchhh

I’ve gotten both a pair of sunglasses & everyday glasses. They do an amazing job. I got my glasses in one day! I’m so happy how both of them came out. They have a great selection for every budget. the customer service was also great! They are so friendly and kind. This will definitely be my go to place for my optical needs 🤓 …
