I first went here and then I was at the office in Dayton TN And I had my eye surgery at the Rhea County medical center. The Doctor's were great and so was everyone else that was involved in any way to make sure that I knew I was safe and comfortable with every aspect of the surgery and although I will admit that I was a little bit "scared" because of the unknown, I was after all having surgery on my eyes but I also knew that I had nothing to worry about and everything went great, as it should have. Thanks again for everything and I definitely will come back here again if I ever need any further concerns about my eyes. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone and give them Five Stars Anytime. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've never been to an eye doctor until an eye emergency brought me to Dr. Whitmire. I found this office to be relaxing and professional. Dr. Whitmire went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.The reasons for my rating is that I was charged 50% of my visit even though I have insurance. I was referred to a specialist and they didn't do that, I was just charged a co-pay like normal. I hope it won't be a hassle to get a refund. Please consider this when they ask you for money. I would avoid checking out with anyone except the front desk. Dr. Whitmire and his staff get a 5/5!

I went February 9th 2021 i paid cash for that visit. a year later now I get a statement from blue cross saying that they paid yet I never received a refund I called the office and I was assured they always mailed out refunds but I was told my refund was applied to my deductible . I had blue cross call them and guess what I will be receiving a refund crooked crooked office staff
