Very poor service.. We have already talked to them on call they said our insurance is would cover it. They would only charge for checkups. However, when we visited the receptionist she told us you had to buy space and lenses from there center. here it's mandatory. She kept arguing. We were not allowed to buy somewhere else, if you only wanted a prescription still you had to pay 80$. It seems like they are just trying to make money Even the service was worst. she was very rude to us. I would not recommend this eye center. You can find many other good place..

PREDATORY BUSINESS ALERT. I've been wearing contact lenses for 20 years, renewing my prescription every couple of years. I've just moved so decided to give them a try. My insurance copay was supposed to be $10, but after 2 hours waiting this doctor decided to do a lens fitting that I never asked for, that I didn't need, nor I was informed I would receive. Instead of $10 I ended up paying $120. Businesses like these prey on customer who don't know better. After such a long wait you are tired and just want to get home. Your eyes are one of the most important organs in your body... Treat them nicely and don't visit professionals like Dr. Perez's office whose only interest is just scamming a few bucks out of you.

The eye doctor was very kind and helpful, but I am very displeased with the customer service. Poor quality. I kept having to call numerous times just to receive updates as to when I would receive my contact lenses.
