My child has been going there for some years now. And I'm all for new doctors and better changes. Where I draw the line is that you send me an automated message stating she's due for a check up and new glasses and now because a new doctor shows up she has to wait another year for her glasses. When I walked in 2 weeks ago I was told to call back when she was due for a check up in September.. I guess you'll lose 3 customers
