Always first rate service! Beautiful glasses, and, just as important, they explain which frames work for what, and why certain designs you might love wouldn’t be right. When one vendor got the prescription wrong, they corrected it quickly at no extra charge. They can even suggest which frames work best for you. Have used them for almost 30 years.

I recently discovered that one of my lenses was cracked. I brought it to George and although it was out of warranty, George agreed to replace it for free. I offered to pay 50% of the cost of the new lens but he refused. Great customer service and I'll be certain to get my next set of glasses at Concord Optical.

The BEST optical shop around! The selection of frames is phenomenal and the staff is incredibly attentive, professional and friendly. I love that it is a family business.
