I went for my 1st visit. The office took me 45 minutes early for my appointment. Dr. Rankin is very personable, and very thorough. I am so glad I found him to explain my eye problems. Thank you Dr. Rankin and staff for a great experience.

I was there for two different visits for laser eye surgery. The staff was friendly. My first visit took longer than I expected, I was there for several hours. The second visit was not as long. The doctor asked me how the prior procedure was for me. I responded by explaining that it was a bit painful and he went on to say that he could put a two-year-old to sleep and that I was a grown woman. I felt like he downplayed the fact that I felt that the procedure was painful and I thought it was very insulting.
