I will update this review after my first visit tomorrow. But for now, I want to say that the receptionist I spoke with at the Farmington location was extremely kind and efficient, and clearly knows her stuff — I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name, as I was in a bit of a panic (I called the number of my retired ophthalmologist in hopes someone had set up shop there — they had! I’m dealing with an acute eye issue and had been using LensCrafters for routine eye exams since Dr. Scarpati, my former doctor, retired. Now I understand the limitations not having a primary optometrist/ophthalmologist. The prospect of losing one’s vision is terrifying)
