No Stars Actually!!!!! I had to put one star so this could post. The office environment was too casual borderline unprofessional. the office manager took a personal call on her cell out in the common area where I knew how her day was going to unfold. Optometrist Connie Ha was not willing to explain anything about my prescription and seemed like she was rushing the appointment. I didn't understand why because the office manager practically announced to everyone the afternoon appointment canceled. What made the experience worst was toward the end of my appointment, after the dilation of my pupils, I wasn't even given the disposable rolled up sun glasses for my safety. On top of that, not even given a, "thank you have a good day". I left the office very distraught at noon time on a very nice sunny day driving home with very sensitive blurred vision. I guess health and safety isn't a concern for the office as a collective.

Dr. Ha is very professional and knowledgeable. She doesn't do unnecessary tests unless recommended. Front desk is welcoming and is able to multitask efficiently. I have been going to her for many years.
