I was very lucky to find this office due to the great reviews and I'm glad we went! Their customer service is second to none, and I have been to PLENTY of optometrists due to my poor vision. I had such a great experience here that I brought my whole family for check ups. We found out our youngest son needed glasses at 5 years old, and they have taken amazing care of him since then. The front staff is always very kind, specifically I believe her name is Crystal. We have seen both Doctors and they are both knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. They take the time to listen to your concerns and offer solutions. I am relieved to have found this office and will continue entrusting them with our family!

Professional high tech quality service. I've always had sharp vision. I'm very aware of subtle differences in vision; like during an eye exam where lenses are being changed in and out. In saying that, Dr Pham did a stellar job bringing everything back to focus for me.

Took my 3 girls, first time patients. Ive used another eye Dr. In Conroe for 10 yrs. Let me just say in all 10 yrs elsewhere i dont think ive ever had a staff be more attentive, personable and thorough as today. From the reception staff to the asst. To the Dr. Herself, the quality of care was A+. She took the time to answer any questions or concerns in detail and explained every step clearly to my girls. My only regret is that i did not find this place sooner. Also, we were in and out in good time especially w/ 3 patients and great service. 👍
