The new system of texting their customers when their glasses/contacts arrive is ridiculous. It doesn't work properly & they told me it's because of my carrier... In so many words telling me it's not their problem, it's mine. Dr. Barrett & his assistant are great.

The worst eye place to go to. I've been telling them I can't see with the glasses they provided. I've been back and forth with them and finally gave up! I complained June 2022 thru Sept 2022 and the corrected the lens and I still could not see. I called my vision plan and they allowed me to go to another company. What they prescribed and what Contract Lens Associate provided is a totally different prescription. Mind you I purchased 3 glasses totaling roughly a little over a 1,000.00. By the way, my vision plan only pays for one prescription they won't even fix the two others I paid for out of pocket...and I'm out contacts totaling $300.00 because I can't wear that prescription because it's wrong!!! Here is the excuse it's been over the time allotted. Really, after they keep telling me that I need to wear my glasses and contacts to "get use to the prescription" and I complained time and time again. I said I've worn them for a week and I still see everything blurry. I will never use this place again and I'm letting everyone else know it's the worst.

I've been a patient of Dr. Baumstark for years. She is professional and thorough. The glasses may be a bit more than the eyeglass supermarts, but the service for the glasses is exemplary. Not only that, but the next time your prescription changes you can get lenses for the frame you have. The service and professionalism of the whole team is why I'll keep returning.
