I am a new patient who recently had a consultation with Dr. Seif. Having heard about Dr. Seif from others, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience today. The consultation was remarkably comprehensive and significantly more cost-effective than many competitors, lasting well over an hour. During this time, Dr. Seif effectively explained everything and encouraged me to ask questions. Before the appointment, Dr. Seif's staff- Patrik, was highly responsive and accommodating. This was especially important due to my challenging schedule and potential relocation plans. I reached out to various clinics, but none matched the level of service they provided.It was easy to schedule an appointment with them. They have self scheduling online. I didn't have to wait for months. Dr.Seif also makes an effort to find the right fit for patients within 90 days, which is relatively fast compared to other places. The consultation encompassed eye exams, measurements for possible scleral lenses, and a trial of demo lenses for assessing comfort. Their use of advanced and fast technology was noteworthy. Importantly, Dr. Seif reviewed my medical records beforehand and discussed other issues that required attention before considering scleral lenses, as they may or may not have provided the desired results without addressing my other concerns first. Dr. Seif's candid advice saved me both time and money. I left the consultation with gratitude and valuable insights on how to address my other medical concerns. Dr. Seif is the reason I can see again. After over two decades of being unable to find comfortable corrected vision, I can new see almost 20/20 with my lenses. Excellent technical help and an easy going manner. Can't recommend enough.
