I was deeply mortified by the customer service (or should i say lack thereof) from the doctor and the office manager. The doctor was dismissive, agitated and downright nasty. And when I had issues with my contacts, no one wanted to help! The office manager was just as rude and stated that there was nothing she could do and went right back to filing. I myself work in customer service and would never treat my customers like this!

Absolutely terrible service and a complete pain to go to. Optometrist isn't very good at hey job and all the sales staff are more concerned with themselves than the customers. I've gone there a couple times now, but after my most recent experience, I'm no longer going to return. If you need glasses, DON'T COME HERE.
