This is a Horrible place to send your kids for eye care. The doctors are good but the staff is awful they do not care about the patients and blackballed my blind son from services here because of their own mistakes. The front staff can make or break a doctors reputation because of the way they treated me and my son I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC OR BE SEEN BY THIS DOCTOR AGAIN NO MATTER HOW GOOD HE IS BECAUSE OF THE STAFF

My wife and I do not have enough good things to say about this vision center. Our toddler had some undiagnosed eye problems which led us to this clinic. Every single staff member through Dr. Packwood are so welcoming and compassionate. Our son LOVES his checkups because he knows and talks about how sweet everyone is there (Jennifer especially). Dr. Packwood is an amazing doctor and we could not be more thankful for his help! Also, the help we received upstairs when picking out frames and designs for our son was a great experience. The help we had up there matches the support and compassion we received downstairs. We will only purchase our glasses for our son here.

First off let me clarify that this review is only for the 2nd floor office where the frame and accessories are offered. My experience with the actual doctor's office was great (5 stars). However again the other office on the second floor. One word terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. You can not get through the phones ever. No matter what time you call. Only once was a ever able to speak to a representative. I called and left a message. No call back. The staff when I arrived at the office was definitely in the office eating lunch inside the office which left a terrible ordor. Also there were two staff members in this office.. No one thought to answer the phone. Originally when I put my son's prescription in at this office, I put my other child's prescription in at Walmart two days later. I received my son's Walamart prescription before the prescription placed with this center. It prompted me to call this office. I thought how am I receiving a call from Walmart and NOT Cooks Children's Vision Center. The only time I was EVER able to get through to a representative. The representative then stated yeah his prescription is available fpr pick up. I was like so you guys weren't going to call me? Then more recently my son broke his glasses. I tried to go to Walmart and have them fixed because I really didn't want to bother with this office. Long story short they were unable to fix or find another frame to fit his lens. I really tried to avoid going back to Cooks Children's Vision Center. Ultimately I had to go back. They gave me another frame in which did not fit the lens. So the lens fell out the frame. My son is still without glasses. This office is A JOKE... Terrible. Need corporate to contact me.
