Sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours after my appointment time. Horribly overbooked. Entirely disrespectful of patients time.
Update: showed up for a 9:15 appointment. It's 9:45 and I'm still in the waiting room... How can they be this far behind this early in the morning?

I have a chronic corneal abrasion which flares from time-to-time and when it does, it's quite painful and a bit debilitating. I was referred to Cornea Consultants by a local optometrist so I called to make an appointment.
They offered me an appointment the following morning to which I said I was waiting to hear from another specialist to see if I could be seen that same day. With that, the scheduling did some checking was able to get me in within 2 hours.
Everyone there was awesome. They were kind, helpful, and explained what they were doing. The doctor fixed me up and sent me on my way...until I returned for a followup to ensure all healed correctly.
If faced with another specialist need, I'm going back to this office. They did an awesome job from top to bottom.
