If I could write a review without giving a star I would not have given them that even. My 82 year old mother was scheduled to see provider to schedule cataract surgery which she was told she needed back during the height of covid. My mother is unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition her PCP believes was caused by her stroke she had several years ago. Because she would not put a mask on the front end staff refused to check her in never telling her by the way they weren't going to check her in and allowing her to sit in waiting area for over an hour and fifteen minutes. After I called to complain she was taken to the back but was told repeatedly she would be required to wear a mask or the provider would not see her. Even though I had explained repeatedly why she would be unable to wear a mask. She finally left without being seen.We were able to find a provider who would be willing to treat her even though she couldn't wear a mask since it was due to a medical condition. But they would require a referral. I called this office to ask for a referral and they refused. So needless to say we have to start from scratch having my mother seen by a different provider and examined . Then a referral made for surgery. I would not trust these people to treat my worst enemy let alone someone I care deeply about. My advice would be to steer clear of this unprofessional, uncaring, money hungry practice. We were told by office staff that if we would just wait to May 11,2023 we could be seen without mask. So that tells me thus has nothing to do with patient safety and everything to do with federal dollars!

I have never been treated badly by any staff there until today. The receptionist there does not listen to the patient. I have been going there for over 4 years with the same insurance and seen by the same doctor. That lady gave me such a hard time about my insurance. Just file the insurance already, you all take it so what's the problem? If I get a bill so what? Just file it. After all the Hassel I just canceled the appointment.

We saw Dr. Tepedino. Staff scheduled my son's appointment, examined him, then I was handed a prescription to pay for his glasses out of pocket. His insurance will not cover an exam anywhere else because this place has filed. They could have simply let me know the insurance would cover an exam ONLY,not the glasses. We could have gone somewhere else that would do the exam and able to send off for his glasses. They obviously knew because they asked what type of insurance my son has over the phone while scheduling. Terrible situation for struggling single parent to be in.
