This week, I went to change the frames. A young lady took off my two lenses and began to install them in the new frames. She helped another man pick up while installing them. She talked to the other three people passing by. My two lenses have different degrees and astigmatism. She didn't pay attention to it. After wearing them for two days, my eyes still didn't adapt to it. I was dizzy. I wonder if it would be possible It's two lenses that are installed wrong. She really installed the wrong lens. I took off the lens and installed it again. This time, there was no discomfort. This is the most irresponsible employee I have met in Costco. She wants to say hello to everyone! Your enthusiasm is in the wrong place！

The glasses and contact lens prescriptions are very good value products. The service sucks. They are currently running 60 minutes late for my daughter’s appointment. Unacceptable. Everyone runs behind, but we were not informed that they were running that far behind and the employees there don’t care at all. A complaint will be filed. They work like snails here.
