I had a great experience at Costco Optical here in Lincoln. I truly felt cared for. Dr. Heidi did a great job at taking my case and looking into the root cause behind my pain. Within 3 weeks I felt like a new person due to Dr. Heidi's care!!

Loved the staff here and the female doctor who did my exam (I'm horrible with names and don't see it listed on the costco website). I had just gone to Stanton Optical and the exam was horribly done, super wrong, and the prescription was laughably off. This doctor really took the time to listen to me, ask questions, and the exam was painless. She gave me options. She explained everything well. Made me feel confident in my vision.
