Ridiculously long wait times compared to other Costco optical departments. Waited almost an hour, not enough staffing and pretty slow associates working here. I wouldn't recommend unless you have a long time to wait and are desperate to get a prescription filled.

Needs new management. The woman with a buzz cut and her female sidekicks are absolutely horrid. Terrible customer service. She feigns nice, but is a Jeckle and Hyde type of character. She is so weird. I can’t wait till they get new management. I need new glasses each year. The male clerks are professional and great.

Every time I call they hang up. Half the staff is friendly and the other make me feel like I'm bothering them. Very unprofessional of Costco and it makes me not want to visit that center for my glasses or contact needs
