Dr. Homuth was very professional , competent and personable. I spent a bit of time with Jessica who helped me order my glasses on line since Costco Optical department was not open at the time. Jessica went above and beyond since I was unable to open an account on line. She had infinite patience which I really appreciate to this day and helped me order a pair of bifocals. I also spoke with Bryn originally. although I did not meet Bryn she was also very professional and polite over the phone. I am glad to have found an optometrist office I can rely on. I strongly recommend Dr. Hormuth and his staff. God bless them all.

I walked up to the optical counter. I asked Michael if I needed a number. He was too busy to even acknowledge me. I asked again, he still ignored me. Finally after waiting about 8 minutes. A very nice lady, I didn't get her name went above and beyond to help. While she was working with me, Michael came along again to open a drawer into the elder lady, and didn't even say excuse me. Not a very nice person to be representing Costco.

Girl at counter didn’t want to use my frames. They only had a month of wear and she said they were too worn to reuse. I said I would take my chances with the lab tech to determine that. She wasn’t happy and kept trying to get me to purchase new frames. She finally gave up and said she needed to remove the old lenses. In about two minutes she came back and dropped them on the table smiled and said The screw is stripped so they won’t use them. The screw wasn’t stripped when I gave them to her. I took them and left. Will never spend a dime there ever again.
