I recently decided to try Costco optical because our family raves about them. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of glasses. I have terrible eye sight and went in early to look at glasses so I could get an idea of what I liked. They were willing to hold the glasses for me until my appointment with the eye doctor. Purchasing was a breeze. I worked with Jade every time, and honestly she’s my favorite employee there. She was so kind through the whole process and I felt very honest about all things upfront. I would absolutely wait just for her if they are busy. I will go back. They were great and prices were absolutely fair!

Costco optical has a great collection for good prices. Also their costumer service is great. I had issues with my glass and prescription and Cindy ( the manger) and Chris were really helpful. Even thou I went back few times in regard of my prescription, Cindy helped me and never was rude or anything.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Murray for several years. The exam is more thorough than at my ophthalmologist’s office. Shawn is engaging and interested In what you have to say. I could not be happier with the service at his office or with the optical department. The only issue I have is with the relatively small waiting area for the optometrist (the wait time is good) and the relatively long wait time for the optical department. Maybe you could have a pager for people when it’s their turn.
