The independent optometrist is a terrible service and an embarrassment to Costco at this location which is very good. Booked an appointment and turned up but was told that our appointments were not there- total incompetence- will never be back again!

Spend a lot of time to get something to fit but couldn't. Limited selection of frames to chose from, the lady over there behaved like I am talking to a wall, no response to simple questions.

I am only reviewing the eye doctor here. Unfortunately doctor was not good. She spent very little time in testing my eyes and in desperate need of further bedside manner training. She rushed me so much in spite of having no customer waiting. She insisted on her diagnosis so much that I had to make a new glasses and buy new power contacts. After another opinion I was corrected back. She does not listen. Furthermore without asking me she was prescribing another brand of contacts. I had to insist on the brand of contact I was used to.
