Did not get eye exam but got glasses. Asian lady helping me was very kind and helped me pick the right frame. Definitely would go again!

Review is for the Optometry Doctor in the corner, not the Optical Department where glasses are sold. Those guys are 5 stars and I’ve never had any problems with them. However the optometry clinic run by Dr. Tran is a different story. I went to them for contact lenses and they said I needed to take an eye exam and contact lens training. This came with a free pair of prescription contact lenses, so I took it. Fast forward two weeks, and one of my lenses still hadn’t arrived. I asked them to reorder it and checked in again 2 weeks later. Desk attendants were seemingly confused and couldn’t find it, so they said they would reorder it again. I told them I would be back in 2 more weeks and that they would hopefully have it then. 2 more weeks went by, I showed up a grand total of 6 weeks after the exam and they STILL had no clue where my contacts were. Better yet, I asked for a copy of my prescription so I could get the lenses elsewhere, and they refused to give me my contact prescription. Only the regular glasses one. I asked if I could get contacts using that prescription elsewhere and they said no. I asked to refund my exam then, since its results were essentially useless and I’ve been having my time wasted for 6 weeks. They said sorry but its not their fault my order didn’t arrive. Scam and a waste of 100+ dollars and 6 weeks. For anyone looking to get prescription contact lenses, don’t even come NEAR this clinic.

Got my mom her first pair of glasses with a doctors note for the prescription. My moms needs were met and exceeded with the help of Andrea, she was very helpfull!
