i payed for my contacts, showed up 3 weeks later and then they told me that they lost them. said i have to come back again and were not able to ship them even though it was their mistake for losing my contacts

I just had an appointment with the independent optometrist and ordered new glasses and contacts. The process was incredibly smooth and the doctor and the clerks were professional and accommodating. I maintain a Costco membership almost entirely because of these services. Thank you again and see you next year!

I came here today with my mom and my 1 year old my appointment was at 3 and like usual decided to get there 10 min before as most places instruct you, I waited outside for over 30 min my fuzzy baby was not having but when they finally took me in I figured it won’t take long from here. I waited inside the patient room another 25 minutes when I hear the doctor pick up my chart from the outside and puts it right back then takes another patient in I don’t know if it was a race thing I noticed the other patients were the same race as the doctor and let me add they were roomed after me I don’t know if it’s because it was a child but whatever the reason I already had more or so 45 waiting to just get my eyes checked with an appointment my baby was not having it my mom waited outside with her but I did not want her waiting anymore I walked out I told them it was almost an hour after my appointment and to cancel it. I’ve been here before and it’s always a fast and easy in and out. Needless to say I will be taking my money elsewhere I don’t need that disrespect no one needs to treat anyone less because of race, gender, skin color etc.
