They messed up a pair of progressives a few years ago so I've went elsewhere since then for my main daily-wear glasses. However I was told that they could put single vision (mid-range reader) lenses put in frames I already own for $85. No way they could mess that up! We discussed what frames I could use. I had several at home. Now I've taken three trips up there in the past two weeks to order. Took a number and stood around. Then the details changed from the previous visit, forcing me to leave and come back with a different pair of frames each time. I think it's time to spend a little extra and save myself time and go online to get it done.

Title: Extremely Disappointed - One Star I had an extremely disappointing experience at Costco Optical. My recent visit left me frustrated and annoyed. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for a whopping 35 minutes before being attended to. What's even more disheartening is that the staff seemed completely indifferent to the long queue of frustrated customers. It's evident that customer care and punctuality are not a priority here. I'm seriously reconsidering whether I'll return to Costco Optical for my eyewear needs in the future.

Not a review of the doctoe. By far the worst eyeglass ordering, making, and pickup experience of my 30plus years life.... Miscalculated the total PD the first time. Next week calculated the total right, but made it overly one sided, next week scratched the frame during pickup, and another 10 days later now I am waiting for 20 minute just to pickup... Costco takes your money to cause more pain and act like they are doing you a favor....
