These guys are really busy and it can take forever to get through the line. This is something you need to know going into there. The service as a whole is great but it is dependent on the individual you are working with. The glasses selection changes and most recently didn't focus on luxury brands as heavily as it had in the past. I hope that is not a trend. Many of their frames are made by luxottica but the price is almost always better than at a luxottica store. Were they really shine is in their lenses. In true Costco/Kirkland fashion they have worked out a lens with all the popular options people pay hundreds for and wrap them up in a neet little package and charge only 59 bucks for them. This is my go to place for designer frames when they are in stock.
