So I was waiting for my number to be called, waiting and waiting A new customer arrived, and a number after mine was called I said I'm number... Jasmine said I called that number, and I said, why would I be waiting if you called my number She had an attitude and said it again. I called that number, as if she had to say the last word and make sure that I was wrong Is that a good customer service approach? Who would be waiting if the number had been called 🤔 I was literally the only person waiting. If she called my number, couldn't she just ask me if I was that number?

Even with an appointment, I’m always waiting AT LEAST 30 minutes…. Never a curtesy call saying they need more time in between appointments.

I like the options and help they provide when choosing. They need to be more informative about the different types of lenses they have for prescription glasses like I had to ask in order to find out. Also there should be a separate line for order that have already been paid for and you just want to pick up instead you have to wait in line with everybody else. Even when its few people in line it takes around 30 minutes to get help.
