I came here to see if I could get a better deal on replacing the lenses in an old pair of frames than at my doctor's office and boy was that a good move! Customer service was also very high quality. Erin walked us through the cost and lens materials in a very effective manner and her help is very appreciated!

Horrible service, horrible staff who works there. They were nice at first regarding picking your frames, then when you do not have your Costco card their whole tone changes and they get rude with you and disrespect you for not having a membership. These staff do not help, or even tell us alternative solution, they just te. My girlfriend and I walked into Costco to buy some frames, I had forgotten the Costco card and upon walking to the eye center, they were nice at first and showed me all the frames that I wanted to see. But after realizing I didn’t have a Costco card in hand, they became rude and didn’t want to no longer assist me. I went and tried to find an alternative solution (showing the card through photo, putting primary card holder on phone) in which the manager Amy insisted that they could do no service to us. I went ahead and bought a costco card and became the primary card holder in which when we returned, Amy and the other worker were disrespectful and unkind. After realizing that we had everything we needed - she was embarrassed due to not wanting to help us get the frames or helping us find a solution. We honestly felt discriminated against the entire time. She ended up having to help us and we provided her everything necessary. When providing the insurance, she then begins to tell us we can’t get the frames because they don’t take our insurance in a very rude and egotistic tone. They were able to take the insurance but it turned out that I couldn’t get the frame. She pretended to call the insurance to find out why I couldn’t get the frame and she was on the phone for a long time but when I tried to call, it turned out the insurance was closed - so she was calling no one. We ended up buying the glasses out of pocket and we were genuinely upset that it took so long and we were disrespected the entire time. The other worked proceeeded to make fun of the fact that I was not a primary holder of a costco card at my age, that she understands why her son (20) wouldn’t have one but why I’m not a primary holder at my age. If you’re not white, you will be disrespected and you will not feel welcome.

First experience ordering contacts at all; they Encourage you to order contacts over the phone, but NEVER pick up the phone. I’ve tried calling in 12 times in a span of a 2 week period (I can’t leave work) and only managed to get someone one time (on a Saturday if all days) but then told me I’m they needed to have my Rx sent over (which the optometrist did immediately, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to them) and to call back at a slower time to order; so I call in on a Tuesday morning, still no one answers. Over it. I expected better from Costco, Just go somewhere else.
