Over $200 paid for basically an eye exam. The doctor seemed confused on the appropriate contacts. When we returned he said there was a different prescription he thought would be better but he didn't have in stock. He said he would call when it came in and WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING. No status, no follow up. Wouldn't go here again.

I had an 8am eye exam. Dr. Bowery denied me service once I was in the exam room due to his discrimination against my HIPAA protected medical exemption from masks. Note: Charlotte NC currently does not have a mask mandate. Numbers have dropped and state officials are saying masks are no longer necessary.

Eye exam with Dr. Bowery and staff member Pam went exceptionally well. I only had to wait a week for appointment. They got me in and out promptly. I only had to fill out one form. Pam processed my insurance without a glitch. Both Dr. Bowery and Pam are delightful people
