What is there to say about TJ and Ashley, that hasn't already been said? My experience with them at Costco Optical was beyond great. They were both very courteous and friendly. I felt as though there was no problem that they could not fix. Stop going other places for your prescription eyewear; use Costco. The customer service is unmatched. Sincerely, TJ and Ash, thank you.

Great staff - top to bottom - focus on CS .
Staff did not have to fix my glasses since I did not purchase the frame, only lenses. Yet, they fixed it for me as I needed it. They provided great service past 3 years for my family. 0 reason to go elsewhere.
