Dr. Villa's service is AMAZING!!!!! My girlfriend and I are coming to an eye exam together. Dr. Villa is so professional, and she is probably the most patient optometrists I have ever worked with. Everything was so easy and straightforward. She also gave us suggestions on how to relax eyes. I strongly recommend you to come to Dr. Villa if needed. Dr. Villa is amazing! Very professional and honest. It’s the receptionist staffing that lacks attention to detail. I had my appointment scheduled at a specific time. I love that they call in advance to remind patient of their appointment/time it is scheduled for. When I arrive, on time, office staff tells me my appointment was scheduled an hour later. I didn’t answer the call when office staff called, but demonstrated the voicemail that I was scheduled at the time I arrived. As patients, we schedule our appointments accordingly.
