Worst customer service ever! I've waited for 6weeks for contacts. After 3weeks I called, and nobody ordered them. Ok we'll order them they said. Just called and guess what, they didn't order them! I wish I could give 0 ⭐...

We've bought a lot of glasses here. But the last time around we discovered that the edge polish (an extra $10) is not what it used to be. For those of us with thick lenses, edge polishing used to provide a clear finish on the edges of the lenses with the sharp corners rounded out so they are not so likely to cut you if someone (like a small child) or something bumps your classes into your face. On my last pair however, the "polish" left a cloudy finish and sharp corners. I asked for my $10 back but was told that the only way to do that was to send the glasses back and have the lenses remade without the "polish" feature. So much for a reasonable satisfaction guarantee.
