I have purchased prescription sunglasses twice. Both times the polarization starts coming off after about 12 month warranty period. Costco will not stand behind them. No more glasses from Costco.

Today was my first time using the services of with this eye care team and it was fantastic! The paperwork is easy to complete online, Melissa (doctor) and Heather (receptionist) are friendly and super competent, the process was modern and frictionless, and the cost was affordable. I was in and out in 20 mins for a comprehensive eye exam that felt very comprehensive. Thank you, team, for a great experience! :-)

I’m not a fan on leaving negative reviews. However, after my experience tonight and seeing previous reviews on this place it looks like there’s a trend here. I wish people paid close attention to customer service these days since it’s the customers that are the driving force of a business. Treat customers well and deliver an exceptional customer experience you will be well compensated. Leah was extremely rude tonight. I can understand that no one likes working outside of their designated hours, but no customer should ever hear “I was supposed to clock out 10 minutes ago”. After asking if I can try on glasses. Do better, be better, treat people how you want to be treated. Simple
