I would suggest elsewhere. I waited over an hour to be seen for my scheduled eye exam. At no time did anyone in that office let me know just how behind they were. Had I known my scheduled appointment would be over an hour behind, I would have canceled. When the doctor finally came in, there was NO apology or explanation for the delay. Very unfortunate to see that this is where customer service is now. I would recommend going to another Costco Optical, or if your time is NOT of the essence to you, then by all means book your appointments in Murrieta! They should get you in within a few short hours. The doctor and his staff are great. And the frames department were nice about exchanging my glasses for me. I ended up not liking what i had after a few days, they didnt fit right and they let me pick out different frames (i of course paid the difference since the new ones were a bit more) BUT the downside is when you’re just there to pick up glasses you have to wait for your number to be called. OR they have to stop everything and ask who is there for pick up. There needs to be a person behind the counter at all times to get through the people picking up or who have quick questions etc.

This star is for the optometrist here the male optometrist here is rude when I got fitted for contacts here I had to wait two days to have someone train me to put contacts in because the male optometrist wasn’t in but he was there but didn’t have time now if I ever need trials it’s only an issue when he helps me I’d just avoid this place all together. Elsinore Costco optometrist is less of a headache

Then I was seen by Dr. Razmig Knajian oh my goodness fantastic… spoke with in depth detail for the future of my eyesight… highly recommended from A to Z very thorough for the price 10+ thank you

Victoria P. was VERY UNPLEASANT. She was not friendly AT ALL. She seemed as she knew her stuff about glasses, but unprofessional and would not go back here again!! You are there for the customer lady, remember that cause you being rude and bossy/controlling is ugly!
