I go to this Costco optical dept because of my positive experiences but also, knowing staff changes, I check reviews to make sure the public still favors their service when I need a new prescription change. K.K. today was amazing! She is patient, helpful, knowledgeable, calm and exacting. Prices are well below most ins plans and great frames.

This location accepts most VSP insurance for eye exams. Exams are quick, straight forward, and easy. This week the customer service individual also let me know they will start to use their retina scanner to perform exams; way cool and I'm looking forward to that in the future. Also, Dr. Ron is an honest and cool dude.

I went to Costco (River Point)yesterday for an new contact exam. Dr. Ronald Moses was very professional and thorough. My exam felt very comprehensive but not rushed. I do not have a Costco membership but non-members can get an exam without having to purchase a membership. The exam was $90.00; a very good value for the service I received. I don't have eye insurance but I believe they take insurance. I received my contact prescription with a back up glasses prescription. I did have to go online for my contacts but, I highly recommend Dr. Moses.
