Can't give even 1! Worst optical center ever. Ordered glass with progressive lens. Order came back with a cosmetic defect on the frame; resend to replace the frame without receiving it. Replaced frame came back 2 weeks later and to my surprise, it was the same defective frame! Again resend it to replace the frame without receiving it and Costco lost the track of the order! As I didn't get any intimation on the order after few weeks, I went to the shop (not to mention, waited for 1.5 hours each time I visited there plus travel time), after rigorous search they found the same glass plus two additional frames. Some technician replaced the lenses with one of the new frames. That's not all! After I came back, found the lens for right eye was not made properly as the progressive power for intermediate and near-sight were not giving me clear view. When I went back they offered a refund of $80 (plus refund of the insurance) and stated that they can't do any further modification for only this $80! When requested, they finally received the glass for correction (left me without any vision aid), but they (including the manager) kept saying that the lens is already made to the prescription (although I can't see clearly, and I had ordered another glass (computer) from there at the same time which gives me clear intermediate vision). If Costco can't make proper glass/lens, they should close the optical center. They are not doing any charity to it's customers. Please refrain from going to this junk place if you want to save your time and get better service. N.B.: The progressive lens they make is not a real progressive one, as it has only tiny middle area on the lens for intermediate vision which is good for nothing. This is confirmed by my optometrist. There are many other places where you can get better progressive lens and service.

Great value and service! Picked out new frames with prescription lenses with the lovely Alessandra. They had a long line of customers to serve and while the wait was long, I was glad to have been paired up with Alessandra who was thorough yet quick in looking up my plan, confirming benefits, pulling frames, and providing good considerations on design and lens. Thank you and excited to pick up my new sunglasses in a week!

Not sure why rating is so low. I didn’t expect anything when I got there, the reception may be the only thing I’d complain a little bit… the receptionist told us we couldn’t do contact exam at weekend and that’s why we only booked glasses exam. However, Dr Andrew Ma was super surprised when he heard this and offered the exam if I wanted to run it today. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Highly recommended him
