Better selection than Redwood City Costco. Daly City Costco not as good, but better than Redwood City.

Take a number. NO Thank you! I waited twice, for what? 800 contacts will get them delivered to your door fast and will beat any pricing. Glasses you can get anywhere else. I went to a competitor that claims to be the Best in America and so far, I have been nothing but happy and never waiting again. I love Costco, for everything except for eye care, your life is to valuable to wait here.

Rain is so patient and sweet! Was stressed about ordering contacts online and using my new vision insurance. Rain answered my calls and sat with me on the phone while trying to help me navigate my new insurance, getting the prescription from my OD, and informing me about popular lenses with better deals. I called in extremely stressed because I didn't have much supply left, and didn't know if my prescription was still valid. Rain's wonderful customer service, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me out and explain how ordering contacts from Costco optical was fantastic.
