This review is just on my experience with the staff, since I don't have my glasses yet. Dana was fabulous to work with! Very nice, helpful and enjoyable. Helpful in giving opinions on how frames looked & made sure I noticed elements of some I may not care for. I'm excited to get my new Lisa Loeb progressive lens glasses in a couple weeks! Nice 90's flashback for us Gen X'ers who are now all needing glasses. ;)

We paid over $700 for our glasses. They were ready on Saturday. We received a text on Saturday intentionally timed to be received too late to pick them up! VERY poor customer service and laziness!!

Absolutely horrible service. Everyone in the vision center was completely rude not only to me but to my 4 year old daughter. Very disappointing as we chose costco for most of our needs.

I had the pleasure of visiting this optometrist for the first last weekend as I just recently moved to the area. Dr. Shaw and the staff were incredibly courteous, efficient, and helpful. They went above and beyond for me with my contacts and lenses prescription and I didn't even ask about it. I'm happy to make this place my official vision care center for a good long while. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience!! Just left after we had our eye’s examined and purchased new glasses. Dr. Cho was amazing and Frank was so helpful with the purchase of our new glasses. 10 out of 10 experience and was quick too. Highly recommend.

Eye exam was fast and courteous with PD added to the RX without asking.
Excellent customer service experience from knowledge staff when purchasing progressive lenses. Jeff listened and was attentive to all aspects of the fit. Very pleased with our experience here. Customer service expectation was what led to this choice over cheaper online glasses.

Poor customer service and long waits... Will not let you in to look at frames till you wait in line for what was over an hour for people just picking up their glasses. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude about it

Not flawless but very good service, quality of exam and glasses. I’m working on an appointment to buy additional pair and contacts.

Overall odd and disappointing experience and would not recommend if you have a minor child getting fitted for contacts. The parents were not allowed in the exam (covid) and we had lots of questions that went unanswered. The doctor came out and walked around us and put a prescription on the front desk and left. Not a word spoken to us and did not offer to answer questions on brands or daily wear vs long term wear, etc. The front desk clerk did not know how to fit someone for contacts and just kept apologizing as we had to teach our child how to insert the contacts. Just a weird experience and would not recommend.

Dr. Shaw and Shelby manage a very patient friendly office. The appointment was on time and Dr. Shaw spent quality time going over some concerns and created a short term plan to confirm my eyes will work with contacts having a few concerns with Type 2 Diabetes. I will continue to support this office, Dr. Shaw and Shelby.

I purchase eyeglasses here because I can't find a better price elsewhere. BUT ..... ordering and picking up the glasses is almost not worth it. They need a sign-in or "take a number" system. The counter is rectangle and people will stand around it. I have seen people walk up and serviced before people standing there longer. I tried to pick up my glasses today and left when I saw 8 disgusted looking customers around the counter and no progress being made from the clerks.

It would be great if it was possible to get anyone on the phone.. but it took days to actually get through the phone system without being disconnected. I had to select other menu options and be transferred. Once I finally made it to the person I needed to make an appointment with I was placed on hold for 5+ minutes and then disconnected. Super frustrating. I’ve heard good things about Costco eye care but they lost a possible customer because it’s impossible to make an appointment.

My son and I came here for exam, glasses, and contacts. It was a female practitioner. Worst eye exam ever! She relied on the automatic machine's assessment. Didn't conduct her own to verify. Gave my son contacts. Did not look in his eyes after he put contacts in.
Don't go here for exam. Just buy your glasses and contacts.

My wife wears glasses, so we got her prescription filled here. We already had the frames, but she needed new lenses. They have to mail the frames of to get the new lenses in, but it is very cheap. The new lenses work great, and my wife still has the frames that she loves. I would highly recommend.

I told the secretary that I didn't want a certain procedure done to check my eyes because it would be an additionally cost but the doctor dialated my eyes and he did it anyway. I told the doctor I rarely wear my contacts and he gave me prescriptions for contacts which I never asked for and it cost an additional $35. When it was time to pay the copay I was stunned to hear the total. And I ask the secretary what should I do next time to not get charged for the things I never asked for. She told me to definitely make it known, but they should make it known what they are doing is not a standard eye exam. Dr. Shaw is a nice guy but I felt tricked.
