I moved from Norfolk to elsewhere in the 757, and after trying a couple other places closer to me, I made my way back here for their incomparable service. Every time I've visited, I've received professional, forthright, and thorough attention that's well worth the tunnel traffic.

I called yesterday and got an appointment for today. The doctor was informative, quick, and thorough. Very knowledgeable answering all my questions and was helpful and kind throughout. Great experience overall. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

09/19/23 He has done my wife and stepson, now me too. It's 74 for a basic exam, he is very nice. Had zero issues with him. Did not do anything extra. Will go back.

This one employee (Denise) is always rude, curly hair, older woman. We’ve been here several times and we are polite every time but she snaps at customers. Sometimes customer service isn’t meant for everyone!

Thorough, professional; personable; clean office. Insurance not accepted, but can be filed afterwards (clearly stated when making appt). No long wait. Will go here for my annual check-ups from now on.

Very disappointed with my experience today. The employees can’t do some of their tasks because the manager has to key something in to fix/place my order. But he is sitting there talking to a customer for over 15 minutes (not about glasses) and no one but him, can help, until he stops talking so he can scan/key something in?!?! Someone needs to be an assistant manager so they can do their job when he isn’t around. And the day I ordered them she couldn’t open the register and was locked out. So again, we had to wait for the manager to come back and open the register. Really Costco? Time to do better.

Katie was so helpful. I came in an evening where she was the only one there. A wire holding my lens had broken and as busy as she was she took the time to repair my glasses. She could have just told me to drop them off. Her demeanor was very pleasant and kind.

Very pleased with my exam and referral for detailed eye exam by my eye surgeon. Spent nearly an hour with me.

Ordered contacts and it took 3 weeks to come in. Every time I was told "next week"

Beware: Optometry in the same building is not affiliated with Costco and does not take insurance of any kind. Costco Vision Center just provide glasses and lens but not the eye exam. The optometry at this location is separate business in same Costco building. Hope this will help someone.

This is a great place. The doctors are professional and friendly

They have really affordable frames that are really nice. All kinds of brands. The ladies that work there are also very sweet and helpful. Definitely a hidden gem when it comes to vision centers.
