I have been a customer of counsel I care for many years and have purchased maybe six or seven frames and lenses over the years. They carry many brand names, including chanel, and fendi and gucci, which many local stores do not which I liked and brought me in. I’ve never had an issue there up until one of my frames broke. I inquired about the warranty. It was out of warranty through council, but the manufactures warranty was still active. All council had to do was send it back to the manufacturer so that I could be issued a replacement from the manufacture rather than counsel. Counsel refuse to do this for me and constantly insisted. What do you want them to do for you? They don’t have those frames anymore. Essentially arguing with me instead of fulfilling. A very simple request that would’ve saved me hundreds of dollars. Because of this lack of assistance, disrespect I received on the phone, and considering how much money I’ve spent there over the years, I will not be going back and I would recommend that you don’t either.

Always have a great experience at Council Eye Care. Both doctors I’ve seen were kind and caring and all of the staff are excellent and knowledgeable. I also love that they always suggest rebates and offers on products to help me save money. Highly recommend.

Incredible staff. We had a hard time finding somewhere that would accept our son's insurance, and were so glad to find Council! Everyone was friendly and efficient, and we were able to use a script from his ophthalmologist instead of needing to repeat the exam. Highly recommend.
