Best service and their professionalism was impeccable. From the time I step into the optical office until the end, they gave me the best service and treat me very well. I love the staff very professional and attentive.

My first time experience was extremely wonderful! From the moment I arrived I was welcomed by the friendly staff and attended to right away (considering I was early for my appointment).My exam for glasses and contacts was super quick and easy! The store also had a great variety of frames. The optometrist Nadia Geer also recommended a great new brand of contact lenses which I’m excited to try. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with selecting the best and most affordable option for my new glasses. I highly recommend anyone to come to Target optical in Clermont!

You are in good hands at this location. I have never had an eye exam before, so I was fairly nervous. I walked in without an appointment on a Sunday and the young lady up front fit me in within the hour. It was a seamless experience and I’m excited to pick up my new glasses. I was assuaged when the Doctor let me preview my new prescription, my vision was clearer than I ever remember it being. The entire staff is friendly and answered all of my questions forthrightly and with patience. Mr. Anthony sold me a smashing pair of RayBans. I cannot wait to pick them up.

Although the service was great, you company is registered as a medical facility to the VSP coverage, so my benefit card was denied. Hope this gets resolved so I can continue to go here.

I highly recommend this CPS Eye Care location. I have been there twice and so has my family. We have always had a great experience. Today Dr Christopher fit me in for walk in due to my eye having an issue. He was so friendly, helpful and reassuring. Shania the tech was very friendly, and great at communicating. I appreciate everyone’s help today and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

The optometrist provided an excellent examination. She was very thorough. I really appreciated how clearly she explained everything. The overall assessment was performed with professionalism and attention to detail.

Fast and thorough eye care. Dr. Nguyen was informative and the eye wear specialist, Chi was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The young woman that conducted my exam prior to seeing the Dr. was friendly and expedited my visit. I have no complaints! In and out, happy customer!

Dr. Chris is wonderful. Everyone is so nice and I barely waited. Kris was so helpful with ordering my contacts. Highly recommend! Follow up: I had a question about my lens order and Anthony was so kind and professional. I haven’t had this level of customer service at an eye doctor- ever!

The experience was superb. I was wearing my old progressive lenses incorrectly and this gentleman Muktair was kind enough to help me understand it and correct me. Turned out I didn’t need a new prescription but I still went through and now I have 2 nice pair of glasses and at a reasonable price. Love Target optical

I’ve been going to Target Optical for 2 years now. Both times have been a pleasant experience. I want to do a shoutout to Kerry in the optical center for her kindness and the laughs making the experience even better there. Kerry picked out my glasses for me, like she just knew they would be a perfect fit for me, and they were. I will continue to go back if only for the great customer service! ⭐️

Staff and everyone was very great and friendly! The only thing that would make it more comfortable would be the temperature of the office. It was very hot in the exam room which isn’t the drs fault at all. It’s like target put so much effort in making the entrance look nice they forgot people will also need to work there. That would be my only issue is to get some sort of ac unit in the back of house. It was extremely uncomfortable especially being in FL.

The exam was professional and everything was explained well and in a way that was easy to understand. The options to pick my new glasses was great and the check out was a breeze. I appreciate the visit and exam from start to finish.

I was running a bit late and called to see if I should reschedule. They said they would be able to work me in. I arrived and had very little wait time. Doctor Sriprashad was very personable, thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. I will definitely return.

I was received warmly by the staff. They were respectful and upbeat. I was taken in exactly at my scheduled time. Dr. Sriprashad was gracious and patient with me, explaining everything to me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I will gladly see him again for all my optical needs.

First time visiting here. Dr.Geer was amazing! All staffs there were so professional and polite. Exceeded my expectations.

Dr Nguyen is a great and thorough person. It doesn't feel like you are just a number like most places.

Dr Geer made sure that my prescription for the reading part of my bi-focals focused the right distance for both of my computer screens which differ in distance by 6 to 8 inches.

Jennifer greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, helped me choose the perfect glasses. She was a delight. Dr. Gonzalez and her assistant were thorough and explained everything to me so I knew what was going on with my eye exam. Target optical gets 5 stars 🌟
