Very wonderful staff and Dr. Enjoyed visit. Staff made me feel very comfortable. Lovely choices of frames I found 4 pair I loved but could only get one. Never had a place where I found more than 2 pair I loved in one location

First of all the Dr. was great, very friendly and informative. The other staff I dealt with is the reason I won’t be going back. The lady at the front counter was not rude, but you could tell she would rather not be dealing with customers at that moment. The woman I dealt with who was telling me about the options for glasses was very rude in my opinion, she made me feel like I shouldn’t even be there because they only sell name brand glasses. She told me my insurance was not that great, and that everything they sell is $150 and up. She made me feel very unwelcome like I needed to be at a budget eye doctor. Not only once but 3 times. So sorry I didn’t come in wearing a 3 piece suit. So just for the record, I do have the money to shop there, but I will be spending it elsewhere because of her rudeness.
