Extremely unprofessional doctor and staff who gave me eye problems until I found another doctor who explained what was wrong with the care I received here. They are negligent in taking all the measurements necessary when they see you. Please protect yourself and stay away.

Crystal Han is the owner of eye&i, an optometrist business which you should avoid. They will overcharge you while providing negligent and fraudulent care. I have gotten glasses here that were not what I ordered, which I only realized after they gave me problems and when I came back, they informed me they realized after I paid for the glasses we agreed upon, they realized they were unable to make them and so they made something else instead without contacting or informing me. This place has given me vision problems and issues that I could only resolve after consulting other doctors who helped me figure out the issue I was having began with the horrible care I received at eye & i. Please please read and believe the negative reviews. Protect yourself and take your healthcare and your wallet elsewhere.
