Today I had an eye exam with Dr Patel. She was very thorough and professional. She has a very friendly demeanor and makes you feel very relaxed. I would highly recommend to friends. The receptionist was friendly and professional.

Excellent customer service, exceptional exam and explanation of everything. Would highly recommend them!

Outstanding experience! The scheduling and admin part of the process was smooth and fast! The doctor really took an appropriate amount of time to explain the testing procedures and what they meant in terms i could easily understand. This is a HIGH recommendation!!

Courtney, at the desk, is very professional and very pleasant to speak with. Her "pre-testing" was made fun (not that its stressful) Dr. Gonzales is only there on Monday, which is good for me, but she explains everything at the time, goes over the pictures that were taken and is extremely nice. I was glad that she was still there after 3 years!

5 stars for service, office atmosphere and protocols. Dr Devina Patel, the tech and the receptionist were just great! Dr Patel is professional, down to earth and very knowledgeable. The visit was helpful for both my current and future needs. I hope she stays at Costco as I’d love to continue to see her as my doctor.

Decent eye care but questionable billing practices. (If you have VSP, go to a VSP practice instead of having your visit billed through medical insurance.They don't take VSP.) I received a bill for a co-pay I thought was already paid. Insurance said my husband owed nothing. This practice said my husband signed off on the retinal scan which was $40. That was correct. They refused to place a claim for the scan through Aetna insurance with the other parts of their claim which could be reimbursed to the provider at an agreed percentage. If you have a medical eye issue that scan could be covered. He had multiple issues. I called and left a message & Aetna did too. No response. I sent them back a text message after I received a payment reminder via text. Nothing. I called again today almost a month after thinking everything was cleared up. I will pay this charge but I am here to tell you that I think they are intentionally "accidentally" billing incorrectly to make sure they get what they want without billing the insurance correctly. Their explanation was that the insurance said we had 100% coverage. True - after the co-pay that was printed on the insurance card that I'm sure they copied. They know the game.

My examination was most comprehensive, ...very pleased with the Dr. & receptionist.

Love visiting Doctor Devina Patel. Visits are quick and she is very professional. Also treats us like family. Very grateful to have her as our provider.

Dr Patel is amazing the experience was very positive. She explained everything so clearly as to what my eye exam revealed. I am always having her as my eye doctor. My eye exam was on time and thorough. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The DO spent the time to explain everything and to really dial in my vision, including fitting me for progressive contacts. Conveniently located right next to the Costco optical department too.

BE AWARE you will be charged a $25 paper filing fee in addition to all other costs. I was completely unaware of this fee as it wasn’t mentioned up front and I wasn’t given any other option. This is the only reason I am giving three stars so hopefully they will change their policy. Otherwise, excellent experience and will return.

I see Devina Patel OD at her office located inside the Walmart in East Windsor ct. She is currently there one day and week. I have a very high prescription for my glasses and needed someone who is very good at eye exams and can diagnose any issues with one's vision. A Florida optometrist said I should be referred to someone here after 2 years, so this year Devina helped me with this referral. Not only is she efficient, she remembers her patients and is extremely kind and patient herself. I saw her at the window helping others and was struck by the time she took even though she was under time constraints. She is very competent, so whether you see her at her main office or the satellite office, you can't go wrong. She's a gem. Highly recommended.

I was greeted by the Office Manager Madeline as soon as I walked in for my appointment. Dr. Patel was so friendly and took me right on time. She gave me an extremely thorough exam answered my many questions and her explanations were so simple even I understood my options. Nice selection of frames that were measured professionally and my new glasses will be ready in a timely manner! Thank you to the entire staff!

EXCELLENT experience! The woman in the front office is so sweet and helpful—just sets up the right mood and puts you at ease. The doctor had an excellent attention to detail—probably the best optometrist I’ve seen in a couple decades. He caught something previous ones had never noticed. Great office.

Dr Patel was friendly, extremely capable and thorough. She brought to my attention issues I had not been made aware of by my previous practitioner. Her office is right in the NB Costco which could not be more convenient for this regular Costco shopper!
