Had a 4:30 appt. which I made sure I was 15 minutes early for. Waited an hour in the waiting room listening to the office staff chatting and giggling. When we finally asked what was happening we got an excuse that there were 3 emergencies today. I asked why didn't they call me to reschedule then, or at least tell me when I got there so I didn't have to sit around for an hour. They just stared at me and said "Sorry". Horribly unprofessional. If I am 5 minutes late for an appointment I lose my slot, but they can leave me sitting for an hour? It's a shame I can't give zero stars.

I have an appointment coming soon, staff was friendly with my telephone conversations. The appointment was scheduled way out, however that means their in high demand. I look forward to updating this contribution. Regards, Paralegal.

The staff was very rude and the doctor was very dismissive of my problem. After many appointments with no good results I’m done with this place. I’m seeing a new eye doctor now who was great at adjusting my prescription. He also identified an eye problem I had that wasn’t detected here.
