Had a great customer service experience at the Cunningham Optical Coldwater Rd. location. I had chipped my lenses with Crizal coating and Daniel was able to get me replacement lenses quickly. Daniel made this process painless and also adjusted my frames for optimal fit and comfort. Great value with professional ,top notch, customer service. This is why I keep coming back! Thank You!

Went in to drop off glasses to get fixed and pick them back up later today. A staff member named Daniel jumped on fixing them so fast that I didn't have to
drop them off and only made it back to work a few minutes late. All staff members are very prompt and courteous
